CASE STUDY / Patios · Residential
Burleigh Residential Patio Frame
Galvanised 5m × 3m alfresco frame cut, primed and ready to bolt up in two days.
The job
A Burleigh Heads couple were extending the rear of the house and wanted a proper steel patio frame over the new deck — 5 metres long, 3 metres deep, the lot. Their builder dropped a marked-up plan in at the yard on the way past.
Salt air gets at everything this close to the beach, so we went galvanised end-to-end. Posts, beams and rafters were cut to length, drilled for the cleats and bundled by the next afternoon. Builder picked it up day two and had it bolted up the same week.
